Return/Exchange
We are confident that you'll like our product. We do our best to ensure that all frames and lenses are processed to accuracy and the prescription as well as specific needs that our customers requested. All products purchased from our online store can be exchanged/return within 03 days of delivery if:
- Exchange/Return request is made within the stated time frame.
- The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differed from the original order.
- The product is not used in any way.
- The product is in its original and undamaged packing (carefully opened package will not be considered as damaged).
- In case of exchange shipment delivery and handling charges will not be considered.
Orders with Prescription Lenses
In case of Prescription Orders the Lenses amount will not be considered for Refund if the Prescription is correct with Standard ISO tolerance. If the Prescription is wrong we will verify on receipt of return Parcel and Exchange / Refund the product.
How to Exchange/Return
- If you want to mark your order for exchange /Return, kindly mail your Order ID and the reason for exchange at order.support@opticalmart.pk.
- You can mark for Exchange/ Return, on Whatsapp/call: +923274053025 by mentioning your order ID and the reason.
Cancellation of the order:
- Order cancellation can be requested on WhatsApp/call: +923274053025 or email at order.support@opticalmart.pk by mentioning your order ID. Depending on the Order with Prescription, cancellation request should be within 3 hours of order confirmation. The Orders without Prescription cancellation should be within 6 hours after order confirmation. You will be unable to cancel the request beyond the mentioned period. Instead, you may exchange/return the product in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
